Our Products

  • All our planters, Trellises are handcrafted in our workshop here in Clane using quality pressure treated outdoor timber and traditional joinery methods.
  • Each planter is made to order, resulting in natural slight variations in appearance but the website images are a true version of what we offer.
  • Bespoke, Custom sizes and finishes are available upon request.

Enquiries & Orders

  • Enquiries can be made directly through the website contact form, via email, phone, we will respond within 24 hours with a quotation and lead time.
  • Orders are confirmed once we receive emailed acceptance and any required deposit payment.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in Euro and may include or exclude VAT as applicable.
  • Quotations remain valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated
  • Accepted payment methods, Bank Transfer, Revolut, Cash on Delivery
  • Full Payment or deposit must be received if requested before production begins.

Production and Delivery

  • Each Planter is made to order in our workshop. Typical lead times will be confirmed with your quote.
  • Delivery nationwide and charged separately, Collection Option (Free of Charge) confirmed times.
  • Delivery day confirmed, times are estimated and not guaranteed.
  • Ownership and risk pass to the customer upon delivery or collection

Cancellation & Return

  • As products are made to order, cancellations are not accepted once production has started.
  • Returns only accepted for items that are faulty or damaged on delivery, faults must be reported within 7 days.
  • We may request photographs to assess any issues.
  • Where applicable, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.

7. Care Guidelines

  • Our Planters are designed for outdoor use and will weather naturally over time.
  • To preserve longevity, we recommend appropriate treatment and some maintenance if required.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect or exposure to extreme weather conditions

Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.

Intellectual Property

  • All Images, content and designs on our website are the property of The Dublin Planter Company and may not be used without written permission.
